"Quick delivery, all good"
Ordered from Maxton Design. delivery was faster than I expected. Got the tracking updates along the way, which was helpful. Then it showed up sooner than I thought. Box had a little dent on it, not ideal, but the item inside was totally fine. So yeah, happy overall.

The item arrived safely and everything inside was fine, but the box was battered when it showed up. the condition of the packaging was a little ridiculous, but thankfully the product itself wasn’t damaged.

I was just trying to get something sorted quickly and didn’t really want to spend ages clicking around or figuring out where everything was. After poking around for a bit, it was actually all straightforward, the site was easy enough to use, the pages loaded without any issues, and I found what I needed without much hassle.

"Exactly what I meant to order"
Ordered a front splitter and I was kind of second-guessing myself after, like maybe I’d picked the wrong version or something. But the confirmation had all my car details right, and when it arrived it was... yeah, exactly what I ordered. No missing pieces, the colour was right, fitment option matched too. Just nice when something shows up and you don’t have to email back and forth trying to explain what went wrong

Ordered a splitter and it turned up exactly when they said it would, so no complaints there. Tracking worked fine and there was no messing about. Only downside was it arrived during awkward timing for me, so I wasn’t really ready to deal with it right away, but that’s not their fault. Happy with it overall

It’s not terrible by any means, and the parts do look fine enough if you don’t inspect them too closely. That said, for what I paid, I was expecting a bit more in terms of finish and maybe an easier fit. It all adds up quickly, and by the end I didn’t really feel like I’d gotten great value for money. It does the job, I guess, but I’d definitely think twice before ordering again

"Good quality, just a bit slow to arrive"
I ordered a front splitter from maxtondesign.co.uk and, a few months in it’s still doing well. It’s been through rain, plenty of motorway driving, and even a couple of small scrapes, but the material hasn’t cracked or given me any issues. The fit was decent too, which was a relief. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because delivery took a little longer than I expected, but so far, durability-wise, I’m happy with it.

I wasn’t trying to overthink it, but I’m glad I went with this one. It feels really solid in hand and fits way better than I expected, so I feel like it was a easy choice in the end

"Not much for my car"
I was hoping to pick up a few styling bits for my model, but there really wasn’t much to choose from. Some cars on the site seem to have loads of options, but mine barely had anything useful. The site itself is alright, but the range was disappointing for me. I didn’t bother contacting customer service either, to be honest, I never really trust that they’ll do much beyond giving a standard reply.

I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, it did get fixed in the end. But the replies were slow and I had to follow up a few times, which is always how these things seem to go. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I expected the whole process to be a bit smoother.

"Worked Well Enough"
It lined up fine enough for what I needed. I kind of expected to have to fuss with it a little, that’s usually how these things go for me — but it ended up fitting without any real drama. Not perfect-perfect, but close enough that I didn’t feel like I was fighting it the whole time.

The product itself was totally okay, no real complaints there. But the communication? Wow. I felt like I was launching a full investigation just to get a simple update. I had to chase them a few times, replies took way longer than I expected, and when they finally did respond, half the time I was still sitting there like, “Okay… but what does that actually mean?” It wasn’t the end of the world, but it definitely made the whole experience way more stressful than it needed to be

"Return was okay, just slow"
I had to return something and the refund did come through, so it wasn’t like I got nothing back. It just took longer than I expected. Support did reply, but they weren’t exactly not slow about it. Overall, it was okay, just not the quickest experience.

"Nice Parts Photos, Layout Could Be Cleaner"
I liked that the site has some good pictures of the car parts, which definitely helps when browsing. That said, the overall layout felt a little busy to me, and a few pages seemed somewhat cramped. It’s not a bad site by any means, but the design doesn’t feel as fresh or easy to look through as I expected. A cleaner, more modern layout would make the experience a lot better.
